List of Low Vision Clinics

To make an appointment for yourself, your clients, students or patients, please call:

770-390-0009 in the Atlanta area

In order to make an appointment at the Low Vision Clinic,  you will need a current eye exam. If you are 55 or older, ask if you qualify for Project Independence funding. Please call us and speak to Marcus-he can answer any questions you have about the fee schedule and assist you with making an appointment.

For schools that may need the Low Vision Clinic set up at their facility, call Marcus to set up special dates.

Please note that the following information is included on this schedule:

1) The city where the clinic is located;
2) The address of the clinic;
3) The name of the low vision doctor, his/her phone number, and fax number, E-mail;
4) The name and number of the counselor from the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) in that specific city; (the counselor should be contacted if you are visually impaired and working, looking for a job, or the primary homemaker) and
5) Support group number if one is known in that area.
